Not been credit ticket to move on episodes

For the second I've been gifted tickets to open an episode, when I clicked on the gift to collect two tickets they where NOT ADDED as received . Now have been flooding my friends for them to resend three tickets again. Complained via help on game and referred here
i play via Facebook and iOS with Facebook connected
