How do I pass level 963 in Candy Crush Saga?

The items will not go through the bottom.  They have licorice or another candy in them.  No matter how often I try to blast them through they won't go.  There must be a defect in this game....if not please tell me how it works. The tutorials don't go this high. Nothing in your help section gives an answer for this!!!!!

It is a little hard to explain but check out my video of Candy Crush level 963 above. You have to set them up so they are sitting diagonally to where you need them to drop and then clear out the space with a special. Hope it helps, good luck!
