Last summer I've played Candy Crush and I've reached level 70 (or so) and then my whole phone crashed and it was gone. But I've logged in with my email and I put some kind of a password which I can't remember now.Now I've got Candy Crush on my tablet and I click the "forgot password" option and they tell me they sent an email to my adress, but there is nothing when I check. Can someone please tell me what to do now? I really want to keep playing and I don't want to start it all over again.
I've seen people telling others to check the 'spam' on gmail. I did. There's nothing. What now? Please?
I've had this before with other companies and the email turned up a few days later. Have you received anything since. The only other thing I can think is to check you used the right email address.
