Each turn I get only 1 possible move and then next I have no more possible moves.  This goes on again and again.  How can you possibly succeed.  There is NO strategy involved- only luck.  It was the same the last level(762) so I just had to play over and over until I got lucky.  Is there a secret or trick to get through this level?

I think its a combination of all, skill and luck really. This level has a lot of shuffles because you're pretty limited at the start. You need a few lucky breaks with creating boosters asap really.
