Level 1316 cherries won't drop
I have cleared both sides and all blocks under the cherries but they won't drop towards the bottom. It has been suggested to update the app so I checked and mine has no update available so it must be the most recent version. How can I get the cherries to drop??????

When you go into the Apps list on your tablet, what version does it say you have when you tap on Candy Crush?
