why did I lose all my levels?!

I've been playing candy crush for quite a few months, I was on level 262 with 73 gold bars (most in which I purchased) and last night when I went to play some more, it sent me back to the beginning on level one with zero gold bars!! Can I get my progress back? It didn't have to do with Facebook either.

If you're not using Facebook, did you have your game connected to a Kingdom account instead Gina? If so, is still connected to it in your game?
