why can't i buy anything

i have tried to buy bars for a 1.19 for ages and it won't let me, card is good,,, it freezes constantly right after card takes it

    Have you cleared cache and done a restart on your PC? I think Google Chrome is the best browser to use for gaming. Try it if you don't use it already!
