Hello,Why i keep loosing my live in my inbox every time the game got crash ? Why not like other games can keep the inbox that my friends send live?

If you're playing on Facebook then this is part of the game design. There's a pop up in the game that says something like 'messages can only be used on the first play' so in other words if you close the game or if it crashes like in your instance, then you will lose any left over messages.
