I had to reset my Microsoft Surface 3 and lost the app.

Reinstall puts me at Level 1, even though when I log into Facebook it has me at Level 171. How do I get the app to sync with Facebook?

Uninstall both the Facebook app and the game from your device, reboot it, then re-install CCS and re-connect it to Facebook. That should do the trick, once it's done you can download the FB app again.

This should bring the levels on your device up to speed. Let me know how it goes.

For some reason, a couple of days later it synced itself with Facebook.
