why does 1351 keys not drop down

why do keys drop down and the last one on last move never get to open up to see fishes even with extra moves. Why can't that be fixed. Keep playing and does the same thing on almost every move. Last key drops last move.

This seems like the tip to follow though!

"The person above who said the keys drop on the moves 25, 20, 15, 10 and 5 was correct.  However, it seems like you need to match vertical candies underneath the key drop spot... as the key will be the second to drop, not the first.  So you need to clear more space for it to come down.  If you miss one at one of these spots, your keys will not drop on time.  If you miss one at 10, for example, your next one will still drop at 5...then the last one at 0.

With that being said, try to have 2 chocolate balls (3 would be best), so when the last key drops at 5 moves...you can A) clear that key out, and then use the chocolate balls one at a time to detonate the fish!"
