I am unable to get the lives that people send to me when I am done with the 5 that accummulate.

The envelope that they go to when I collect them does not reappear when I am ready to use them.

On Facebook you can only accept lives when you first open the game. In other words, if you close or refresh the game then the envelope will disappear. Maybe this is the issue?
