CANDY CRUSH SAGA - I feel like giving up because I have an exclamation mark in a red circle which seems to stop me getting lives. How can I get rid of this please?

Hi Elizabeth- What platform are you playing the game? Desktop or mobile? If mobile, which model?

Please could you upload a screenshot of the exclamation mark error message, so that I can take a look? This website is really useful as it explains how to take a screenshot on different devices: www.take-a-screenshot.org/
