Why is it take forever and a day to receive tickets?

Why is it taking hours to receive my tickets. I'm sitting right next to people or talking to them telling me they sent them and it takes hours even tge next day sometimes. I completely close out the app to make sure it has time to process still no luck. It has been happening but this time I just was fed up because I had 15 hours left of continuous play and pretty much lost it because my tickets didn't come through. What is the issue?
