Level 70 - how to switch back to normall level

Ian trying to get to level 66 in night owl and won't let me even after I passed level 65. It says progresses block. It says u need to complete the next level in candy crush in normal level. So went back into the candy crusher and I in level 70. How do I switch from hard to normal level?

There's no way to switch. This just indicates what you can expect from the level. You need to play the next episode of levels in the normal world before you can play in dreamworld.
