Why do I not get all the boosts that come up on the wheel after I have spin it? I do not receive the pink and black wheel (I think that is what it is) or the pink lollipop (I'm not sure if that is what it is called). This has happened at least four or five times. I get the other ones just not these ones. Please advise. Thank you.

These 2 boosters don't appear in the little pop up screen before the level, remember that. These boosters are in the game screen and can only be used on certain levels. This might be why you don't see them
