in Support
about 3 times a week, in the middle of a candy crush game, the screen goes white and then i'm disconnected from candy crush and all my lives are gone. why? and when am i getting back the 50 lives you've taken over the past 6 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever the game session is closed on Facebook all messages get wiped so that's no surprising, it's only on the mobile where they stored for a short while, but eventually disappear. What troubleshooting have you done so far in browser and which one do you use Tom?
