Am on candy crush level 1459 and screen has been frozen for four days now.

Have contacted King and they have totally ignored me.  Not responded at all.  Game won't move on once played. If I click on home in Facebook and then go to Candy Crush it will go back to the same game every time and just locks up.  It keeps coming up with Whoops and an error message.  Why can't King get rid of this error and let me play the game.  They are quick enough to take money of us but not help out when we need them.
