how do I switch the email address on Candy Crush

I have been playing Candy Crush on my kindle fire using E-Mail address: kskeihl@gmail.com. When I opened a facebook account I used the E-Mail account s1keihl @windstream.net. When I clicked on the connect to facebook in Candy Crush it went to the new E-Mail and started at level 1. I was @ level 450 and want to go back to that game. How do I point Candy Crush to the old E-Mail
