Level 1512 on Candy Crush Saga

Ok, Is this the level that King wants everyone to "stall" out-on.  It's a timed level that you need to get 20.000 points in 70 seconds.  All your extra time is blocked by licorice.  It's fine if you wait the time out and let all explode that will get ya around 15,000 points but thats about it.  If you try to make matches and get the extra time then you don't get very many points for matches in the main area of the board plus you lose what that extra time would have given ya points wise.  The timed levels are as ridiculous as those with the clocks.  Can't see where boosters are going to help either.  I took along boosters on several occasions and they are not going to rack up that many points.  Can play this level for maybe 5 minutes, then your done....out of lives, need to wait.....Ridiculous !!!!
