Candy crush not allowing me to pass the bridge

This happens quite often where I get to the end of my current set of levels and can select friends to help or wait 3 days. The counter is still at 69 hours left and I've been waiting for 3 days...also I asked a bunch of people to help who clicked to accept but it's still showing that no friends have helped me. I know a lot of ppl seem to have this issue. Please resolve! thanks!

I know that there is an ongoing issue with receiving the tickets for roadblocks. Read about it here:

For the timer, the counter changes like this if you change the clock on your mobile, is this something you have done lately?

Im having the same problems,  i have not changed my clock. Very frustrating
