The wheel keeps on rotating and the game does not start

On the start of game after the level is selected a wheel comes on normally it stops after some time but in my game it frequently happens that the wheel keeps on rotating and the game does not start. It is very embarrassing and annoying waiting endlessly for the wheel to stop. Sometimes I have to close the game as the wheel does not seem to stop. Please remove the defect

You mean the Booster wheel Surinder? Have you tried spinning it?
