I am hooked up to FB on my iPad. not receiving lives

i repeatedly ask friends to help me unlock the next episode.(stuck there now because of the long wait time) dumb.  They help me but I do not see them in the pictures. Ridiculous . Also friends send me lives and I do not get them and extra moves. A lot of friends are having the same issue. What is going on? Pls help me. Tks, Kathy. I am connected to FB on my iPad .

    Must be a strong tech issue, as I have the same problem and have seen many on here who also have it. King Care isn't doing a bit of good. Maybe the game will open the next level on its own when the time frame is up?

    Tks. They're no help! But they want u to play their games. Some of my friends have the same issue too.
