want to save my progress when getting new device

I have multiple devices and all of them have different amounts of lives and boosters.i have to return my phone for a new one and i am going to lose all of my lives and boosters my id is 1361976216. I have 430 mail on my Android and i have 1 mail on my laptop for example.

From what I have read, it's not possible to transfer boosters and lives between games. These items are attached to your phone so they don't sync like your levels do. You can read about it here:
