I have cleared level 65 several times, but I'm not advancing. Why am I still stuck there??

Why am I still stuck on level 65 candy crush saga after beating it several times? Why won't it advance to level 66??

Hi Janice!

Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues.

I found that out from my daughter, you need better instructions, they are missing key pieces on how to play this game!!
