game is crashing every day, all lives are lost

Game suddenly just blocks and don't want to load new level. I can't click on any function. Then I have to reload it. But, when I reload it, all lives that I have received from my friends which are contain in the inbox (little heart from the right) are lost. What can you do?

If it crashes on Facebook, then you can also try to play it on www.king.com
Do some troubleshooting for your PC too. Clear cache and restart your PC.
Use Google Chrome as a browser and keep other programs and tabs closed.
