transfer crush levels to a new kindle

I need to transfer my wife's candy crush saga levels from a kindle fire to a kindle fire hd 7. The constraints are these, the kindles are on different accounts, and they're not linked to face book. I don't remember the password for the old account and haven't been successful in getting a new password. I have uploaded the kindle files to my win 7 computer, but its not clear whether the levels are part of the upload.

If you open up the Candy app you should see a little orange icon in the settings to connect to the 'kingdom'. This is like King's version of Facebook so it saves your progress. If you enter an email and password you can then log back into this account on the new Kindle. Give this a try
