i have watched my husband send a ticket to me and I never get it! This has been ongoing for weeks leaving me to wait up to 72 hours to move on!

    Have you checked for updates for both your devices and all installed apps? 

    Restart the devices too. 

    I just checked on mine and I have two lives in my envelope.
