I completed the level but didn't move on

Hi. I completed level 437 (at last) and it came up with a message saying well done, level completed, but it didn't move on to 438 it stayed at level 437. I used a smasher lollypop as my last move, which has been deducted from my help bar when I opened the next game.

Did you try again afterwards and did it happen again?

If so, clear cache and do a restart on your PC. Try playing in Google Chrome if you don´t already.

Hi Randle, yes I got the crush and completed the level with the balloons, ticker tape and well done message, and where it would normally take you to the next level start up it just took me back to the path and had me on level 437 still. I do play on chrome, and i've tried reloading the game and trying on my phone but both games are still on 427 and haven't move me forward.
