Transferring candy crush games from my iPhone 4 to my iPhone 5s

I recently purchased a new iPhone 5s and have all the candy crush games on my phone. I want to retain my current scores. How do I transfer them over ?

Install Candy Crush on your iPhone 5 and log in under the name you use to log in at Candy Crush on iPhone 4. Your score should show up.
