I'm on level 1536. My husband is around 600 somewhere. I play on iPad. He plays on iPhone. Both of us have experienced a lot of crashing lately, especially when you are doing well on a game. I just beat my level after being stuck for a week, and then the game crashed before the win registered.

I haven't had any issues with the game my end. I can only recommend that you take some steps on your devices to make sure that they are running smoothly. Things like, closing all your apps, restarting regularly, updating apps. Even check that both the devices are not full up
