Error message each time i purchase gold bars

I am trying to buy gold bars as I always do to get over the bridge but I keep getting an error message. I have rebooted by kindle as well as reinstalled candy crush saga but still getting the error message although my card on amazon is fine. I really want to be able to move to the next level

Have you already checked for updates for your Kindle? Check as well your Amazon Store settings and your payment details.

I´d check first with Amazon or Kindle Support.
