I'm getting kicked off of the game before I even start

I think this is a game issue rather than a computer issue because it only happens when I go to play the game.  I get as far as spinning the wheel and seeing my messages.  Then I get a message that says my internet has stopped working and it refreshes the screen.  Of course, at that point I've lost any lives that were sent to me.  And it uses a life just from refreshing.  I have a strong internet signal, so I know it's not that.  Anyone else had this problem?  Candy Crush is the game
