In Candy Crush How do I find the list that tells players how many gold bars it costs to buy different boosters. For example, how many bars does it take to get a switch hand?

The only real way to find this out is to click on the booster you want to buy and then in the pop up you will see how many gold bars it costs. You can normally only buy them in sets though rather than individually.
