Unable to make multiple wrapped candies by hitting it by colourball

When I hit colour ball to the wrapped candy it should make multiple wrapped candies of that particular colour  and then  blast but in my case whenever I hit the colour ball to the wrapped candy it blasts two times i.e  I'm unable to make multiple wrapped candies by hitting it by colour bomb. Please tell me why it is happening with my account.

when it comes to color bombs if u switch it with a wrapped candy it pops all candys that color n then picks another color  n pops those. When u switch it with a striped candy it turns all candys that color into striped candys. If u switch it with a fish it makes all candys that color turn into fish. N if u switch it with another color bomb it'll pop everything on your board once. I prefer switching wrapped candys with another swapped candy...it clears a Huge spot on the board.

Do not know if its true, but i think it has something to do with the last update.Since update yesterday on my android devices if i make that combo i get multiple wrapped candies exploding. While playing on windows devices it just pops two colours. Unfortunately i had no chance to test it on iOS. Just get it clear, its the same facebook/candy account, still get different rules on different operation systems.

That's what it used to do for me, now it does what you are saying and I don't like it at all

Yes true, I'm using iOS and facing this problem,what to do , dont know
