Candy Crush 1601. Why does only one chocolate drop at a time?

In watching videos sometimes more than one chocolate will drop at a time.  This enables them to complete the game.  On my android tablet only ONE will drop at a time.  I have played the game about 250 times, used bonus options and I am always short chocolate.  It seems there is a problem in the programming of this game.

    I have the same issue on my Tablet. 1 Chocolat each time so I never can complete this level. If this problem will not be solved by the programmers I might have to give up on Candy Crush. 

    And the big question is: why can't they make all levels the same on each device!?!

    Can king com look into the level 1601.pls fix it.no way can be complete .

    Use the check mark booster and as many hammer boosters necessary (I used 8) to solve 1601.
