I play candy crush on my tablet, not on facebook. After an update I can no longer open the game

After an update, I think yesterday I can no longer open the candy crush game. It tries to open with the orange screen then it closes and goes back to home screen. I have tried all the usual, restarting etc but no use. As I do nor play on facwbook I am worried about losing my game if I reset. Please advise!

Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 on android. I have uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush having, hopefully, saved progress to facebook. Still cannot open the game!

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
