Why wont Candy Crush Soda start after it gets to 100% loaded?

I am using Chromebook - using facebook to launch app  I'm up to level 200 something with no previous problems.  Now the game loads to 100% but never starts. Loading status shows it loading at 1% increments until it reaches 100% and then nothing happens.  Before this problem happened it used to "jump" from 10% to 30% to 80% etc to 100% and then started.  Tried all the suggestions in other posts/answers (clearing browser cache, deleted and re-added the app, restarted laptop etc. etc.) and nothing helped.  Is this a user specific problem? I see in other treads that the app will load and run for one user on a laptop and on the same laptop another user sees the problem I have.  What is the problem????

Have you tried playing the game on King.com? Please try to load Candy without logging in first: https://king.com/play/candycrush 

If ll OK then proceed to login or create an account there.

I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress from Facebook to King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
