Uh-ohh :-| The tricky thing with Windows Phones is that you have almost no options to check where the issue is located.
I suggest you:
1) Use up any boosters and lives in the game
2) Make sure the game is connected to Facebook in order to save your level progress, highscores and gold bars
3) Do a completed backup of your mobile data
4) Do a factory reset of your phone
5) Your phone will now be wiped of any data and be as fresh as when you took it out of the box and you can now start by installing Candy Crush, start the game and connect to Facebook.
