Passed level 179 and can't get tickets to continue pass train. How do I do it?

I have passed level 179 two times so far, but there is no where to request train tickets. How do I get the tickets so I can continue?

There is nowhere to request the tickets or you can't get them. I only ask because you have said 2 different things. Let me know which one and maybe I can help.
