I had crossed more than 14000 level and had good number of boosters, my phone went off, when I restarted my phone, candy crush game took me 1000 level ,even after being connected with Facebook please get my levels back and boosters too, it is so annoying that

For the boosters, its not possible to get them back, read about it here:
Boosters & Messages... - Questions - King Care
For your progress, did you connect to Kingdom at all? Maybe your levels are saved there but if not, they might be lost also if the game didn't save them.
