Completed level 1627 but game won't let me move on

After 3 times of the game freezing up when I used (and lost) boosters since I had to reset the game, I finally beat the level. It will not let me pass to level 1628!

i will look for an update to the game, but I'm frustrated!

Why won't the game let you pass? Did it just not recognise the win or is the level not showing? There must be a reason for it.
