Make more levels
I just won level 1715...and there is no more game...this keeps happening so I am going to assume that there aren't many people that go through the levels like this. That, however, doesn't mean that you don't need to have available levels for people that do get that far. How long is the wait going to be this time?

In recent months, there has been a new episode of 15 levels once a week. It has nothing to do with the number of people who have reached this point. Levels don't magically appear out of thin air. Somebody has to actually devise and program them. That King has managed to create over 1700 levels in the relatively short time that Candy Crush has been in existence is a feat that warrants considerably more appreciation than you seem to be able to show.
