Every time I reach a treasure chest I don't get anything! Why are they there and then go away when I reach it?
Ralph, I've seen on the site that the problem with the chests won't be fixed. One of the mods even replied to let you know about this. You can still play on as normal.
Guess what guys and gals? Just reached level 2534 on the new board this week, and got screwed on EVERY SINGLE CHEST!!!!! Imagine that! (What a f-ing surprise...... NOT!) Not one lid opened on one single chest of the 3.
At least you guys are consistent - just got boned on 2525's chest too. Candy Crush strikes out more than Ryan Howard did!
And the boning continues - latest board (level 2515 being the last I got to with no chest opening). These chests fail more often than open!
Ya mon - new board today and I was boned on all 3 chests, the last one being 2489. Luv this!
New levels on Wed morning - got the first 2 chests, and was rooked on the 3rd on level 2387. This board is draining enough of my boosters without losing out on the freebies from the largest chest.
....aaaaaaand just got robbed on level 2374 also. Somebody with some authority named Mark did try to help me, and things were working for a short while, but now I'm getting screwed all the time again. I had a running list that I sent to him but he stopped giving a shit.
I get screwed out of the chests about half the time too. I started to keep track, but nobody gives a sheet. Just got boned on the level 2370 chest also.
Someone recommended logging in and out of Facebook in the app to make the rewards appears. It's worth a try.
If not, the free boosters are not compensated for so there is not much you can do sorry.

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago
So I was playing and my lives finished so I left the game... hours passed I thought they were full again so I went back only to find all those minutes pending...I don't know if it's because I was using VPN or something but I don't know what to I can't wait all those hours...is there a way you can help me ???
My blue candies are not being counted. I've been playing and beating new levels for 2 hours and I'm still only at 105 blues. I would like to see it fixed if possible, I'm now way behind because of it!
