1723 Um --Is there an abundance of time boosters at the candy crush warehouse?

It is quite obvious that this level is a push to buy the time booster. I've used boosters. I've had 7 speckled balls along with other combos within one game and have not reached the target points. The only thing I can see helping I buying the time booster. (and probably more than one. ) Sorry--no.
