For the past two days my entire iPad crashes when I begin a game of Candy Crush. I am losing lives and any boosters I am using for the game. I have reset my iPad, and I am using the update versions of both Candy Crush and my iPad. Additionally I am not receiving help sent by Facebook friends to move up levels.

In most cases a reboot of the device can solve many issues.
Please also make sure you have the latest version of the game installed.
You might also have to try to re-install the game. Before doing so please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom in order to save your progress, highscores and gold bars.
