Trying to contact King Help page. I keep clicking send and it won't send. What can I do?

Hi Debbie!
Are you trying from a stationary computer or from a mobile device?
If you are playing the game from mobile then it will be possible to send a message from within the game. Just click on the cog wheel in the corner of the screen when you start the game, then click on the green icon and scroll down till you see the contact button.
You can also post your question here on King Care if you prefer.
