Why does combining a color bomb & a wrapped candy not count as a color bomb collected on level 1672

on level 1672 the objective is to collect all orders which is 2 popcorns, 40 icings and 5 color bombs. When I combine a color bomb and a striped candy, my color bomb requirement lowers by 1 as it has for as long as I have been playing. this was also true when combining a wrapped candy and a color bomb. It is not true however anymore on the computer side. The mobile app works correctly. Is this a glitch or intentional? I would have passed this level a couple of times if it had worked correctly.

I guess if it has changed then it's on purpose. It doesn't really change much as you can still combine with any normal candy and the chances for that are much higher than getting it to combine with another booster.
