Level 146 bug?

Each time I start level 146 I immediately get "no more possible switches", it then shuffles but still there are no possible switches so it ends the game and deducts a life! This happens each time. The only booster available is pointless as you can't use it. Is this a bug? Hardly seems fair to keep deducting lives before I've had chance to play it!

Thanks, I installed the latest update which seems to have resolved the issue
