Green Candy Challenge not working

I have been playing the Green Candy Challenge all day and was collecting the reward for the 5,000 mark.
I have been playing now from 5-10:30 pm and the meter has not moved closer to the 10,000. It seems to be stuck right before the 10,000 mark.
I am sure by now I would have reached 10K. Can someone please assist with getting the remainder ofnthe rewards?

Log in and out of Facebook/Kingdom and reconnect. This seems to be the common answer. If the rewards don't arrive there is not much you can do. King class boosters as non refundable and do not compensate unfortunately. You can read about it here:
