Game has stopped working

'Don't know what happened, but the game suddenly stopped working. It is just showing loading but not going inside. Please help URGENTLY.

Here are a few steps to follow that can improve your gaming experience:

a. Please close all apps and restart the device

b. Please check for any updates for your device and apps: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en

c. Clear the cache frequently using this sequence: Settings > Apps > (Candy Crush Saga) > Clear cache
